The Smith-Phares Memorial Scholarship Fund would like to add a special In Memoriam for a very special person, Susan Ingraham Ashley, who sadly passed away in May, 2017. Susan was a founding member of the Fund who willingly and cheerfully took on the position of Secretary/Treasurer. She said she loved being part of the organization and was proud that the Fund was able to “help some deserving young people in honor of Reardon and George.” We are so grateful for her dedicated and loyal service, and friendship.

Her family requests friends and loved ones to please consider making contributions to the Fund, a non-profit charity Susan helped establish, which supports deserving students at the Wolf Center for Entrepreneurship, Bauer School of Business at the University of Houston’.
